Butterfly Pea flower is a lovely herb that you can use to make a little colour magic in your home and be used to make your own version of Boba tea.
The magic of Butterfly Pea Flower can keep your children amused or even be a cool party trick. It is a gentle herb that starts off blue and when you add the magic of a little lemon or lime juice can change to purple and even pink. Check out the video below to watch the magic happen.

And one of our favourite things to do is to make this magical herb into Boba Tea! You just need the following:
1/4 cup of butterfly pea flower
1 cup of boiling water
2 tablesdpons of honey
Some ice
Let the pea flower steep in boiling water for 7 minutes. Pour through a strainer into a larger jug then add honey. Once mixed in, add ice until full. You can pop it in the frigde or wait for it to melt. Want your colour changing magic? Add in your lemon!
